2. CHAPTER: System Overview of Digital Signage

Digital signage player¡ª3G/WIFI network system consists of two parts: client terminal (digital signage player) and the software (include netserver.exe and adclient.exe program). Our digital signage player use ESS6461 multi-media platform and 100M NIC and 3G wireless access point (AP) as the basic structure. The server gathering manages and downloads the files, can work independent without FTP or HTTP support. The system structure is simple and easy for operating.

2.1 3G digital signage player advantages:

A. 3G Technology uses the Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) Technology instead of GSM Tech of the 2G. This simply means that you can use a high speed broadband.
